Chinkali
Dumpling style pasta stuffed with a mixture of meat, onion and herbs, the dominant herb being coriander. The dumplings are filled with hot water so ultimately broth that is made inside will reflect in the way you eat your chinkali. When eating the dumpling grab the top part, suck up the broth and eat what is left. However, the very top is not to be eaten since eating it alledgedly brings bad luck.
Chachapuri adjaruli
Baked dough in the shape of a boat, stuffed with cheese, topped with melted butter and garnished with a raw egg.


Shashlik
The equivalent of kabob as we know it. Large chunks of meat grilled on a skewer, served with sweet sour tkemali sauce.
Soko
Baked mushrooms stuffed with cheese or spinach and topped with melted butter. Served with fresh vegetable salad that just tastes different thanks to the organic veggies grown by the local farmers.
Georgian cognac and wine
Smooth, aromatic amber coloured liqour known as Gruzinak is made from grape juice. Consistent quality is achieved through proper blending of various harvest years. Churchela
A traditional dessert made with hazelnuts or walnuts. These are put on a thread and then coated in grape juice.
