This luxury apartment with mountain views is located in the largest ski resort in Georgia right on the slopes, 150 m from the cable car at 2300 m above sea level. The capital Tbilisi is 120 km away, approximately 2 hours by car, the cities of Kazbegi and Stepansminda only 24 km away and Ananuri 38 km away. We can arrange airport transfers on request. In close proximity to the apartment there are several restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a playground, a spa with swimming pool, an ATM and also ski equipment rentals. In the building there is a ski storage with two marked ski boxes numbered 517.
In your free time you can go hiking or skiing on 70 km of daily groomed slopes, including night skiing. You will be pleasantly surprised by the prices of ski passes - 90 Euros for 6 days. If you are a beginner, you can use the services of ski instructors. A cable car and modern four-seat lifts will take you up to 3300 m. The resort is also popular for freeride skiing and ski mountaineering. You can try adrenaline sports such as heliskiing, tandem paragliding and snowmobiling. In summer, you can admire the surrouding country side from horseback or enjoy quad biking. In addition, several companies also run white-water rafting on the river.
When planning the interior we intended to provide you with maximum comfort to make you feel very comfortable and pleasant with us. The interior of the apartment was designed to cater to all your whims, so there is an iron and an ironing board, a hairdryer in every bathroom or a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker or an electric kettle. Parking is available in front of the apartment or there are two parking spaces in the underground garages (numbers 516 and 517). The first bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
